are you saying that you are getting a stereo buzzing/whine while the ac is on? or is it a noise coming from under the hood?

yes, im getting a stereo/buzzing whine that seems to come from the speakers... I used to have this b4 because my wiring for my audio system was messy... i cleaned it up and the noise went away.. now i get it when my a/c is on... def not from under the hood... only happens with the a/c

did you ground your stereo/amp to the same spot as your ac?

they probably arent grounded in the same spot. i would check the ground for the ac (you will have to look up where that ground can be found @). and i would check the ground for your stereo (check amp ground and deck ground) if your deck is grounded through the harness, you might try and relocate it, be it directly to the battery or whatever. also i would try and move the ground for the amp.
