Corner Lights!

Corner Lights!
I am in the process of ordering JDM BB4 side marker lights for my fenders, and upon further inspection I realize my corner lights don't light up, what are they used for?
do they light up with lo-beams, or go on with parking lights? or blink as another turn signal! thanks guys

I meant the Side markers on the fenders, and just when i was playing around I was wondering what to wire them to and why my corner lights dont work. They don't turn on at all, parking, lo, high or turn signals or anything, fuse? (no map on the box) or bulbs or whatever, let me know what you think it could be.
