im wanting to rebuild this 2.0 dohc and want to know where i can get engine timing and torque specs for the cyl head bolts and crank bolts. guy i got it off of blew one of the valves through the piston and i have to tear it all down so i need all the specs. and a question as how to get the head off....the 2 hex bolts, is that how it comes off? there in the center of the head between both cams?

 

There are 8 head bolts, you have to take the cams off first.
Look up for a manual online, I know there is one on preludepower or preludeaustralia.com.

 

LEAVE THE HEX BOLTS ALONE. GET A CHILTON MANUAL AND BE SURE TO REMOVE HEADBOLTS IN THE CORRECT ORDER AND TO INSTALL IN CORRECT ORDER...OR YOU MAY DAMAGE THE HEAD. THE BOLTS TORQUE IN A TWO STEP PROCESS THE FIRST TORQUE IS 22FP AND THE FINAL IS 49FP. I JUST FINISHED PUTTING HEADS BACK ON MY ENGINE.
