To my knowledge ATTS is more of a bother than a plus for daily driving and maintenence.

Other differences with SH include leather wrapped with color stitched shift knob and steering wheel (I think st. wheel), Straight 5 spoke wheels, painted side skirts (if you don't have the OEM lip kit), and a sweet Type-SH sticker.

Yes. That and the standard decklid spoiler with LED brake lamp. Since it comes standard with the brake lamp in the spoiler, the rear speaker deck of the Type-SH is solid with no brake lamp in it.

Wasn't it Car and Driver that rated the Prelude SH the best handling car under 30 grand? I have the scan of the M3 vs the Prelude, cause the M3 was the best handling over 30k. I can post it if you want.

Yes, the prelude was rated the best handling car for under 30k. They also did a test of the best handling cars over 30k and the prelude actually I think didn't come in dead alst...it actually came like second or third from last.

And don't forget that the SH also has little lights in the doors that illuminate when the door is opened.

SHs are sweet, i've always loved them. depends on what you're doing with the car. if you plan to do autocross or trackdays, you'll be loving the sh. if you just want it for looking stylie and general purpose tearing around, go with the base model. you can really feel the handling difference, especially when you put your foot to the floor through a tight corner. if i found the right SH at the right price i would buy it in a heartbeat.
