Default Replacing Lower Ball Joint

Someone on this site had a nice How-To (even had a video!) for separating the lower control arm from the lower ball joint. I need to actually replace the lower ball joint because of a botched half-shaft replacement (don't ask). As most of you know, the ball joint is pressed in.

The ball joints are rather inexpensive, but it is the actual job that I'm worried about.

What is the easiest way for a do it yourselfer to replace the lower ball joint?

Does anyone have a nice how-to like the one mentioned above explaining what to do?

I usually find that while I have a nice selection of tools, I am ALWAYS missing the "right tool for the job" (hence the reason I'm in this mess as it is, hehe).

All comments/information greatly appreciated.

Remove the hub and use a BFH (big fucking hammer) to get the ball joint out. Then use the BFH to knock the new one in.

You can always rent a ball joint remover from an autoparts store, but those didn't work for me.

if its anything like the Civic be sure to remove the clip on the top so its easier to hammer out the joint.
