Default Myriad of problems after head install.

Well I broke my timing belt a few months ago. I managed to bend all 16 valves. I finally got around to replacing the head today and I've come across a couple of big problems.

Firstly, a bad oil leak. My plugs are drowning in oil. Maybe 2 inches worth. Any ideas?

Secondly, it sounds different. The car hesistates and doesn't pull as hard on the low end anymore and it's also gotten louder and sounds like a ricer with an assblaster exhaust.

Help would be very much appreciated.

Did you use a new headgasket? Did you use new head bolts? Did you tighten the head bolts per the sequence outlined in the service manual? Is the timing belt tensioned properly? Are you positive that the cam gears, crank pulley, etc. were all aligned properly?
