Which JDM H22 Have you got? If you have a standard JDM then JDM Type S Cams could be a sensible upgrade, although you might have to check the lift in case the pistons are required as well (JDM pistons are taller for higher CR). Skunk2 and HKS will probably be a good place to look for Cams but as with any engine you need to know where you want the power and how much rougher you can stand with the engine 'off cam'. With a VTEC controller and a good set of cams you might be able to raise the entire power curve slightly but it will be a costly process!

What other mods have you done to you h22a? i wouldnt recomment cams if you havent done the following-
*Header
*intake
*intake manifold
*exhaust system
*electronic managment
Because you wouldnt get the full benifits of an aggressive cam profile with out these.
However, sayin youve got them or you just wana go ahead and fit them any way.......
Stage 2 should be fine from most companys...skunk2 stage 2 are a good set of cams and have a very good power curve.
You will need, valve springs, retainers and if you havent got it already, again to feel the full benifit you will need some sort of elec managment (hondata, crome, uberdata etc) becoz you'll probs find your max power will be at a higher rpm with the new cam profile.

Just remember that if you go with agressive cams you will have to upgrade your valvetrain as well.

Its probably not going to give you any gains.

Cam Gears might allow more precise timing but thats about it! The reduced weight might add 1/4 to 1/2 HP but on its own it's not enough to see any gain
