pick your self up some jun cams

 

Im thinking about getting skunk stage 1 cams for my 5th gen lude.
mods>
aem v2
aem pulleys
custom header w/2.5" collector
custom 2.5" exhaust w/magnaflow muffler

I dont wanna spend money upgrading valve springs or retainers... so it would have to be stage 1... what gains am i looking at and what would it cost me to put the cams in, get the whole job done?

 

or would an intake manifold be better for me... i am not planning to do much more to the car... i just wanna squeeze a little more power out for minimal money... so either intake manifold, cams, or vtec controller... which one of those or wat combo of two would be the best gains for my money?
