Default RPM drop during idle

I've noticed that sometimes, not all the time, that my 92's rpm's will drop while I'm idling, sometimes all the way down into the 300s. also, the car has trouble starting if I turn it off and on again quickly. If I wait a few minutes, it will start with no problem, but it still is annoying. Are these problems related, if so, what is it? I do know that it isn't the battery, it was replaced not very long ago, and the problem persists. thanks for any help

It's not the battery. It could be either the Main Relay or Ignition switch. I'm not 100% sure though. Maybe a tune up would help you.
