When I step on the gas in my automatic 96 prelude it feels like it's just about to stall out. It actually died while I was stopped at a light the other day...I took it to a shop and replaced the plugs, ignition wires, distributor cap, timing adjusted, etc. Any ideas? As a side note, the muffler is the original one and is starting to shake/rattle like hell...you think that has anything to do with it?

I dont think it has to do with the muffler. Mine used to be the same way.. what they found out was that the Ignition wires were going inside my distributor and therefore causin that... and if i remember correctly, it also had somethin to do with the spark plugz.
