brake lamp

I have a 92 Honda Prelude and my brake lamp has recently turned on (not the brake light, the brake lamp)

Does anyone know what this means or the possibilities of what it could mean?

If you talking about the light on your dash, one of your tailights is out, check that. Don't forget about the 3rd brake light.
