97-01 Prelude Headlight bulb
Are the high and low beam lightbulbs the same? Can either one be use on either high or low? Both the same specs right? Thank.
And also, people say that he Sylvania Silverstars are bright and white. But I don't seem to get white. I notice that it was brighter than my old bulbs, but not whiter than it. Anyone care to comment? I bought the SS HI ST. Did I buy the wrong one because of the "ST"? Thx.

Silverstars are hugely overrated, IMO. Before I went HID, I had Sylvania Xtravisions in and they were great and only half the price of the Silverstars.
The Silverstars have a blueish tint to them, so they won't be pure white like the Xtravisions or any other non-coated bulb will be.
