Default question on h22 turbo

Ive been trying to research putting a turbo on an h22a. So far the things ive come up with are , its strongly suggested to re-sleeve and to get aftermarket pistons and rods.

Would this be the only engine work I should do before?

I know im not nearly as car smart as you guys and that is why im asking you. Id like to do things right the first time and not eff everything up.

Oh and what exactly is the reason you have to re sleeve?
Thanks

Im no expert but you can run 6psi safely on stock internals.

Can I get some more opinions on this. Is it really safe to run stock internals at 6psi of boost. If so would this be much of a power increase. And how much would it cost to re-sleeve my h22a.

the h22 should be able to handle a good ammount of boost as long as it's TUNED CORRECTLY
