Well right off the top of my head I can tell you that if you are sitting in the driveway with the engine running before your car gets hot and turn on the A/C. Only one fan should operate. That is the one on the drivers side. If that one is working then it may be the radiator fan that is not working when it is supposed to. It could be the fan or the thermostic switch that turns it on that is bad. That fan should run whenever your car is hot and there has been limted ram air going accross the radiator. Sitting in traffic for instance.

ok i found out it was my coolent leval lol i took it out and it was like ___ that much from empty so im happy it wasnt anything seriouse
