Default Why won't the car start?

Ok, i bought a 1993 Honda Prelude Si 4WS with 88K miles. The timing belt went at 90K miles. I took the head to a mechanic and got it fixed. My father installed the rebuilt head and belt. After he did that we he started the car and the engine ran like crap for a few seconds before cutting off. After it cut off we had no spark. I replaced the distributor, distributor cap, rotor, coil, wires and plugs and started the car. This time we had spark and the car ran a little better for about a minute before cutting off again. Let me mention that the tach was jumping all over the place. We tried to restart the engine and once again we have no spark..I replaced just about everything and i know that the problem is electrical. The timing belt is timed perfectly. The only thing i could think of is the ECU. Can anyone help me here and could someone tell me what are the warning signs of a ECU going bad?
Thanks,
Rob V

That's what i thought it might be. There are a bunch of relays under the steering column. Which one is the main relay?
