The cheapest way to increase huge horsepower is to add a 40~50 shot nitrous to it, it shouldn't cost you more than 600 for the whole kit.

an f22 is a 16 valve sohc with balance shaft. an 89 lude is b20a5 in si trim, 16 valve dohc with no balance shaft.
i would get used stock engine parts from a newer integra type-R. lots of parts will fit, intake, throttle, exhaust manifold. vtec heads too if your up to the labor/dollars/hp.
these parts pose little risk to the engine unlike nos, and are easy to install

the b20a is the adopted bastard stepchild of the b series family. no other b series parts will fit it.

common sense huh? have you done this swap? do you know honda engines? this swap can be done, has been done, and kits for it are available. now do some good research before you open your mouth, and i dont mean asking a bunch of peeps on the net, no offense to them but you dont know for sure who is a certified tech and who isnt. and by the way, the b21a is the bastard child and even some of those parts are interchangeable.
