Default 6-speed into a 4th gen: possible?

The gearing on my Prelude SI is a little low, I kind of liked the economy gearing on my Prelude S better. So I was thinking, does Honda (or Acura) make a 6-speed that can be swapped into the 4th gen? Such a tranny probably has low racy gearing, plus also that extra freeway gear for long drives. It would also be pretty cool to have that customization on my hands.

No, Honda does not make a 6 speed trans. that could go into the prelude.

Wishful thinking....

quaife makes a custom sequential 6speed. you can have one for only $19k.

Custom mounts would be needed for those

the k-series motors spin the other way. using one of those transmissions would give you 1 forward gear and 6 reverse gears.

i guess that's an easy way to have a RWD car

That's why you'd need the K-series tranny with the motor.

I've seen an RSX-S motor inside a civic, so its possible to put it into a Prelude
