6-speed into a 4th gen: possible?

Okay, so no 6-speed... but how about plugging an S tranny into an SI? Would it just plug right in? I really want better freeway mileage, and the S has longer gearing. I used to drive one, and if the F22a can push that gearing, an H23a will do it too.

He asked if it's possible, which it is, same with putting one into a 5th Gen. Got these pics from another site
I saw that thread too. It would be pretty fun to take on a project like that, but I'm not doing an engine swap here. I've decided to go with the S tranny swap at this point. My H23A :rockon:s.
