Hey guys, I just joined h-a.net, but I've had my Prelude for about a year. It's a 5th generation base 5spd. Recently when I've been shifting into third gear at RPMs at or above 4 1/2, it grinds. It isn't difficult to get it into gear, but it does make a grinding noise. It only happens when shifting into THIRD at or above 4 1/2 grand. The car has about 111,000 miles on it and I'm not sure when the last time the tranny fluid was changed, as I bought the car used. Does this sound like I need to replace the tranny fluid? If so, how do I go about doing this? I know there is a filler bolt but I don't know exactly where to find it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys.
