Default VAFC2 question....

If i were to buy a Apexi VAFC2, would my local shop with a mustang dyno be able to tune it probably for my 99 type SH? or do I have to find a shop that specializes in Honda/Acura's? Thanks

If they have a dyno and they have some experience tuning it, then probably. The only way to find out is to ask them. Ideally, you would want a specialized Honda/Acura tuner to do it but if you can't find one, that is your best bet.

What mods do you have that warrant tuning?

u have nothing to tune, wait till u get cams, adj cam gears, something that warrnets it, otherwise its a waste of money, cause u won't notice much of a difference.. IMO

Yeah, but if he's going to install a vafc he might as well get the most out of it. If you can cought up 300 for the unit, another 100 for dyno tuning it shouldn't be a problem.

Good luck finding a place that will dyno tune it for $100.

There is no point in getting it tuned, the mods don't necessitate the expense and time.

what if you got i/h/e/testpipe/p/fuel rail/ 255 fuel pump,/ fuel pressure regulator/ and 50 shot, is that worth getting it tunned with a vafc, cause i just bought one as well, and the place i called bout getting it tuned said it would be 150
