Default some advice on buying this SI

Hey guys, posting for a friend, we're looking at this 93' Prelude SI, H23a1 engine, 185,000 miles, we're looking at $3,000 for it.

I drove it, the clutch needs to be replaced, there's an oil leak somewhere, window doesn't roll up somtimes, trunk matt is missing, air coniditioning doesn't work throw the center vents and few body scartches.

Good Stuff: it sounds pretty good, timing belt was recently done, DC header 4-2-1, it some cheap short ram intake, he has alot of the records of the car's maintence trips, the brakes are brand new.

what you guys think?

For a 93 naw. Unless you can talk them down based on the clutch or oil leak.

It has a pretty good bit of miles on it, but most of the problems seem like they could be fixed in the driveway or garage. I would definetely try to talk them down, even though someone else might pay that much.

i brought the car to my mechanic, he said the clutch is just a timing issue, but the oil i smell if from the power sterring fluid, i forgot what the part is but he said it's 500-700 job. so i told him i'd pay 2,400 for it and said no, but thanks guys... i was kinda hopeing to just beat the motor to death and swap h22a1, but i don't wanna just pay $3,000 for a chassi in that sort of speak.
