Ok i know the difference between LSD and non-LSD but my question is, what is the power difference? is it really noticable or am i wasting my time changing over?

The transmission has nothing to do with power.

But It Does Have A Little To Do With Getting The Power To Both Wheels Evenly Which Will Help You Take Off Better

the only difference an LSD will make is in a launch or on a auto-X track

the engines power is beside the point, like its been stated.
an LSD is the FWD equivalent of a POSI on a RWD car.
it simply means both front wheels are forced to spin at nearly equal speeds, technically the "same" amount of TQ is spread between both front wheels.

It's nice to have just driving around too, more traction. It will totally change the car's behavior exiting a corner. Very fun.

Actually No. Power wont be spread over evenly.
A LSD basically puts more power to the wheel with more grip, where if you didn't have a LSD more of the power goes to the wheel with less grip.

In the snow a LSD is amust. Unless you like going nowhere
