Once again, that's at a good, reputable place...I'd say buy a HLVP Gravity fed gun, a compressor, some paint, and give it a shot...you might pick it up and could paint more of your stuff DIY style, with professional results...search on H-T www.honda-tech.com for some good spray guns, tips, etc.

Good luck.

O.K. An ounce of pearl (which is enough to do an ENTIRE car) only costs about $17. So 500-700 for 4 little pieces is a little too much in my opinion. I know there is the base coat, clear, and labor to consider, but still, that is a fast and easy job. Shouldn't even take an hour to spray all coats. Usually kits come primered already, right? Good luck

my brother had his old toyota pickup painted at maaco. the paint was so thin you could still see the blue graphics on the sides of the body that they didnt even take off.

man...all you have to do is just learn how to spray...buy the oem paint...and soak it in hot water.
thats it...

First mistake was going to Macco, but anyhow, it will probably be kinda pricey since it is a pearl color, cause they're hard to mix right. I'm lucky that I know a guy who does paint jobs for cheap. I had my lip kit painted for only $100 and he came pretty close to matching the colors. Its CBM, so can't be perfect like an OEM lip kit. Its only a little off if you really look close

Thats a good reasonable price. I'm sure it'll look great. Keep us posted with some pics when when it's finished.
