Default Adjusting Ur Valves

I have a 111,000 miles on my 94 vtec. Is adjusting the valves something you should have done every X amount of miles. and how difficult is it to adjust them

I don't know about a '94, but Honda recommends 105K on my 2000. Up to that point they say don't worry about it unless they're noisy. Essentially, the procedure for adjusting valves is pretty much identical and it's not hard. Just make sure the applicable piston is at TDC when you're making your adjustments & the engine is cool (cylinder head is less than 100 degrees).

it should be done every 30000 miles. if you want full directions, just do a search and it should come up. its a medium level job, you need a torque wrench, screw driver and a angled feeler gauge.
