Default Problem with swap.....!!??!H22a

Hello. I have a 95' Honda Accord EX and just recently swapped a 95' JDM H22A in it and everything runs great except for when it gets to about 1500 rpm's it jerks the motor and is like a really ruff idle....like it sits there when i hold the throttle at 1500 and bogs or something, I can hear the intake sucking and stopping . Someone told me it might be my throttle position sensor but I took the one off my integra and it does the same thing. Can someone give me some ideas here. Thanks alot.

Jon

Are you getting any codes? Did you make sure you plugged everything back in. Sounds like it could be your map sensor. Were both the car and the engine the same obd?

My best guess is something isn't quite right...
.
Just kidding,
Welcome to HAN, and good luck with this little set back.

I think It's the H22 throttle body. Im not quite sure. The thing Is I got the car from this guy and when I got it I ripped the motor out and took the head off and it had a blown head gasket so I brought it to a machine shop and they cleaned the head out and everything and fixed like 3 valves that were bent . I replayed all the gaskets. Whenever Its running I can hear like a loud hissing sound like it sounds like a leak whenever I put my ear right next to the intake manifold around the IPS. It never did that when I got the car but I dont know whats wrong. Its pisssing me off. Thanks.

I kinda think it might be the Idle air control valve...because my friend told me that i should clean it out with any cleaner or anything but that was after i had sprayed it with this gunk cleaner and some other stuff.....i dont know if that would cause it to go bad.....???? Any suggestions?
