ok
so i thought you just swapped the motor in, so how would you know if it was doing this before?
-check timing
-check for vacuum leaks, sounds like you have one.
i "assume" and im using that term loosely, that your running the engine on the correct ecu, p13.

and make sure you jump your blue OBD plug before you try to adjust the dissy timing, otherwise the ecu will throw off your adjustments.

if you dont know how to do the above things...go buy yourself a 95 prelude helms because you should really have one anyway.
