Well, USDM h22a1 are rarer to find than h22a jdm, so they don’t sit around junkyards for very long. Mine was a jdm, I think you just got very lucky, or I unlucky. Mine did not come with an lsd, and I was thinking that maybe if I had purchased one with an lsd that it would have been in better condition for reasons having to do with it being from a more expensive vehicle. But then again, my friend bought an lsd equiped h22a from them and the valve color was stripped of the paint, and did not look as nice as yours. Maybe I'll just bitch about it if I buy from them again.

the problem is that the jdm h22's outnumbered our h22's like 3 to 1 or suttin like that, cause they put them in accords and such aswell

Default One more thing..

Ok so where does that sensor hook up? It hooks to a vaccum line on the fuel pressure regulator and has a white/yellow and black yellow wire coming out of it. I can see where it goes in the JDM wiring harness, and compaired it to what is on the car now and I see those wires already go somewhere. Now I know I don't have any connectors left unplugged so where does it go??!

Default I think I got the answer.

Talked to a buddy of mine.. he states that is something for ULEV.. which I care not about, just moved the vaccum line from the FPR to the IM and removed it.

Actually drove the car today.. All I can say is VTEC baby.. not the fastest thing I've driven, but no slouch either.. Man I've heard people say you can hear when the VTEC kicks in and I was like oh yeah I'll hear it.. all i can say is OH YEAH I HEARD IT!

Anyway thanks for all the help on this site. I still have to fix the AC (put lines back in, vaccum and charge) but Its a running car.. First engine swap I've ever done even though this turned out to be more of a restoration than a swap.. but I reserected this one from the scrap pile!!

** Update 10/23/04 **

ICE COLD AC!! Brrrrr..
