I hate people that drive rustang's. Just cause daddy bought you a rustang doesn't mean that you are the sh*t.

Yes, they have some power, but if you want a rustang go with a classic, or be real and buy a cobra, or wait for the last Shelby Cobra's to come out...next year i believe.

not only is this about horsepower, it is also about the power to weight ratio. You got what, a 3.8 in the mustang pushing about 190 hp plus about i dunno 2000+ for weight, and u got a 200 horse prelude that weighs alot less than a mustang, so u do the math. But the v8's, id stay away from them. Just let them rev their engine and hope it blows, thats the only way u'll pass him. lol

Mustang have way too much torque and HP to be past by a prelude h22, maybe a h22 in a civic hatchback but that's it. I exchanged for a prelude just for the handling and rpm, cause mustang gt are strong. All depend of the drivers too. Give me a 5.0 litre and I'll beat anyone with a h22 STOCK engine in a prelude. No doubt !!!
the older 92 body stlye 5.0's will smoke me. But the 97 style gts are a joke. (about even honestly) and that would be the h22a1

^^ I don't know what that is. But I thought it was stupid. So I thought I would post it, in relation to mustangs.

I tend to have people of walks and cars try to race me. When they do, I blip my throttle a little and when the light turns green, I do absolutely nothing. It's funny sometimes. Reminds me of that scene in Back to the Future part III when the dudes in the red Ford try to race Marty and he's all into it, but then he throws it into reverse. I liked that!

It depends on the Stang, I beat older 5.0s all the time but I jsut got SPANKED by a new 40th annaversery edition. If its a foxbody stang then its not that much faster than a Lude if at all. But I too can say Im getting sick of Stang owners also.

They've been on the fox platform since '79, and the '05 is going to be the first all new platform.

Pretty lame, isn't it? A 26 year old chasis?
