depends...is the '04 accord the 4 banger or the V6? if it's the V6, unfortunately preludedriver is right. it'd stomp on you if your lude's an auto. 240 horses vs 195 and they're both relatively in the same weight category.

5th gen five speed, base or sh, beats the v6 240 hp accord sedan and the coupe would be a dead even race probably! The coupes get it pretty good but on the high end I think the lude would walk away. The accord v6 coupe has got good torque.
