Default progress and help on skunk2 IM install

Okay, so my best friend received his Skunk2 intake manifold for his 2001 Prelude Base last night. He was like a kid on christmas so we ditched working out (I'm becoming a fats bastard) and started the install. The bottom bolts of the stock manifold were a bitch to get off but we did it. We worked til about midnight and stopped after we installed the fuel rail and other nick nats on the new manifold. The difference between the two manifolds is crazy. I bet this thing makes 20 HP from the looks of how restrictive the stock manifold is. Th plenums are huge and everything is ported perfect. I am stumped on one thing though that maybe you guys can help with. The skunk2 eliminates the IAC valve and the EGR valve. It comes with brackets and block off plates to relocate the IAC valve if you want to retain it but what do I do with the EGR valve? Just block off the bottom of it and relocate it? I would think this would cause a CEL if I were to remove it or leave it plugged in and relocate it blocking off the bottom of it. I will call Skunk2 later but just wanted to ask. I know he could get an ECU from skunk2 to eliminate it but what does he do for now. The instructions are vague buy say you can keep both but just to relocate them. I'm not that worried about it but i just wanted to ask.
