Default Faded Paint????

Does anyone else have a problem with there paint fading. My car has pretty bad faded paint on the top and front bumper. I was just wondering if it's a Honda thing or what. My car is Milano Red if anyone wants to know.

How much does something like that cost. I would think a new paint job would only cost $3000 for a good one.

Milano Red is notorious for fading. that's why i went for Crystal Blue Metallic.

damn it. yeah i'm just gonna try to keep a nice coat of wax on there and make sure it's sheltered in the winter. That kinda sucks. It basically the top and the front bumper on the top is where it's faded. So i think that i will just have those repainted, as long as it doesn't make it look funny. The car is still bright just the top is really bad.

Your problem is that you bought a RED Prelude. Most red Preludes start to fade after awhile. I've seen lots of them around here that start fading on the rear bumper, spoiler, and even the hood

I have a red 98 and the top of the trunk/rear bumper/rear quarter panels are pretty dull, but saving for a darker paint job something like black for midnight blue.
