Default Found replacement for 'Lude

Well, my '99 base Lude is history. I replaced it with an '04 VW Golf R32. I used to worship the VTEC "god", now I'm a torque convert. 240 HP and 236 lb.ft., all wheel drive, six speed...until Honda comes up with something more appealing, the R32 will do quite nicely. Don't worry, I still have my Honda bikes!

Is the car as fun in the corners as the Lude?

Can you really feel the 3400 lbs?

Must be nice riding that wave of torque. I gotta get back to that!

The thing that I like about it is I don't have to DO anything to it. It's already got nice looking 18" wheels, body kit (sorta), and the stock exhaust sounds great. I keep the door open when I start it up in the garage 'cause it sounds so good. I took it out on a 2 lane road today and it seems like it sticks at least as good as the ol' Lude. The drive out of corners is amazing because of the all wheel drive, and it doesn't feel like it weighs 3400 lb. to me!
Oh yeah, it was on sale for $28,650 with leather!

Don't get a WRX, pay a little extra for the STi... WRX Trannies are weak, my cousin bought an 04 and a week later he stripped first gear, just by dropping the clutch... weakass transmission...
