Hello,
I have a problem with the gas gauge in my '92 lude. For some reason, the gauge reads empty after driving maybe 100 miles, then when refilling clicks out at only 6 gallons and reads full. Does anyone else experience this problem with their ludes? My friend's '94 Accord seems do to the same thing, and my mechanic says it could be numerous things. I was hoping someone here could help me narrow it down. Thanks very much.

 

probably your fuel sending unit, or the gauge pack itself somehow got un-calibrated...
more likely its the sending unit.
it is possible that the sensor float doesnt float anymore
