yea prothane and energy are the 2 main ones with applications for us honda guys.
either is good, although ive heard the prothane is a bit stiffer (more like plastic).
the mounts do help cut down on wheel-hop, but then again i have a COMPLETE master set from energy installed on the front end...
that is a real bitch cause you have to press all the bushings out with a 10 ton press.
i highly recommend it despite the amount of time involved with doing EVERY bushing... i just dropped the "whole" front suspension off of an abandoned 4g so that i was able to drive my car in the meantime, then i just swapped all the control arms and suspension parts onto my car once i got the bushings in.
