I have a rattling noise from my engine whenever i let off the gas. For example, when i shit from 1st to 2nd, and i let off the gas for that second and my engine rpm drops, i get a rattling noise. Another example would be if im in 4th gear, and i shit into neutral, when the engine hits about 1000 or 1500 rpm, i get a rattling noise. It might not even be the engine Any ideas wat this could be????

 

it could be your exhaust system; might want to check if you have a broken bracket or even a whole will make a ratteling noise. Also make sure that your heat shield over your exhaust manifold is tight, unless you have after market headers. That is all I can think of.
