Spark Plug and Wire Setup
Personal experience again-stock NGK plugs and a set of NGK 'Blue' wires will do just fine. Want beefier wires take a look at Accel. Both offer very low resistance per foot and that is important. We use both and have had no issues with them. In fact, the CRX came to us with the original 1989 wires still on it and they were perfect - go figure that one-Honda reliability.

I have seen used plugs from an H22 and they seemed to be fine. Sometimes what the factory recommends/uses is as good or better in a stock engine than anything else. I have not used anything other than NGK in the Hondas.
Just so you know - there was a time when many folks, me included, tried various brands of plugs in certain FORD engines only to find that what was originally installed worked just as well. The only thing to concern yourself with is heat range. This is important if you increase compression, run boost or change the timing alot from stock.
Just my experiences.
