Personal experience again-stock NGK plugs and a set of NGK 'Blue' wires will do just fine. Want beefier wires take a look at Accel. Both offer very low resistance per foot and that is important. We use both and have had no issues with them. In fact, the CRX came to us with the original 1989 wires still on it and they were perfect - go figure that one-Honda reliability.
