I am doing a five-lug, 4 wheel disc conversion to a 97 Accord, and also am interested in the TL wheels. The info I have lists them as being 17x8 with a +45 mm offset. Some work in photoshop lead me to beleave this would look pretty nice with 225/45s. If anyone has made this swap on their Accord, or Prelude for that matter I'd be interested in how well they fit, and if you have pics, how they look.

I just put on 18 x 7.5 wheels w/ 215/35-18 tires. Doesn't come close to rubbing. I can feel the road a little more and there's a minor increase in road noise, but believe me, what it does for the appearance of the car is worth it 10 times over.

i have 17x8 +48mm offset wheels on my 5th gen, with 215/40/17 wheels, and there's no rubbing at all. the 225/45 might be too tall though.

so far, the widest i've heard is 235/40/17 on 17x8's +48 on a 5th gen. i think the accord wheelwell clearances are different, though.
