Default H22a Supercharger

Ok heres the deal. I dont really want to run alot of boost, maybe like 3 or 4 at the MOST! i have a jdm h22, and im looking for a non-roots type supercharger (jrsc) I was wondering if vortech, or paxton made a centrifugal charger for the motor. (which im sure they dont) But my main question is. Take for example the Civic SI supercharger, it runs off the drive belts for accesories. If i made a custom braket, what would stop me from useiong that supercharger.
what im looking for is not much boost down low, but when i get into vtec, 2-4#s
not enough to screw anyhting up...
what do you think?
also, i was thinking if the civic sc would work, depending of where its optimal boost pocket was, i would make the pulley off the belt smaller or larger to tune where i wanted it to produce full boost at. basically running N/A with some help

Well I think that if your looking for something that kicks in in the higher RPM's... a turbo would be better.

Most of the time people choose a SC because it makes boost down low instead of up high.

yeah, if your looking for FI, then turbo is they way to go as far as power up high in the RPM's...

i just thought that if u really wanted an NA car with an extra boost every once and awhile, nitrous might be the way to go

Nitrous does sound like it fits his bill better, however if you're lookinig for just some extra power then the JRSC is nice. The only issue with it is maintenance such as belt replacement and valve adjustments become a PITA.
