I'm new to shocks, struts, springs, suspension in general, but I recently put 17" rims on my 96 Integra. I would like to lower the car and I've heard good things about Tein.
I see below:

Is this all I would need to change my suspension? (Not including tools, spring compressor, etc) Also, what is the range for the height adjustment?

yeah this is all you need...
the Difference in this model and the higher model SS is that
the SS is 16 way damper adjustable...
Where the TEIN basic kit is ride hieght adjustable but not damper adjustable...
