I'm new to shocks, struts, springs, suspension in general, but I recently put 17" rims on my 96 Integra. I would like to lower the car and I've heard good things about Tein.

Is this all I would need to change my suspension? (Not including tools, spring compressor, etc) Also, what is the range for the height adjustment?
