It said I had too many players on my active roster... so I had to drop someone. I have one of my non goalie spots empty now and it still wouldn't let me take him off.

Yea. I guess he wasn't counted on my roster when he was in IR, so when I tried to bring him back I couldn't cause of max roster size.
