what will happen? taxes will go up to support his own agenda (universal health care and free higher education, just to name a couple) while continuing to pay for the commitments we have already made. and with more people in the US feeling the economic squeeze, the last thing we can afford is higher taxes.
Our perennially abused tax dollars are going to get spent where ever a small handful of people say its going to get spent anyways. I feel we need a change.

I've voted for more Republicans than I have Democrats. I know what you mean. I just need a break from the "good ol' boys."

Democrats want to filter the rain from the people that work to get it over their laws and ship it over to the people whose lawns have been watered by the government their whole lives because they know they don't have to pick up a watering can for themselves.

There's a lot of gross generalizations in this post which are very fallacious.

I hear that loud and clear, and a few assholes might ride the system and get hooked up, but no crack head is going to rake in more money than Haliburton.

I see your point, but I still think we need a change. If it's wack, impeach or wait 4 years to get your land-slide.

If ~90k civilian Iraqi deaths means spreading our view of freedom to a part of the world the average American will never be able to understand, then that's very scary.

The fact is, no matter how horrible a decision of military action is made, saying it was a poor choice is not a comment at the individuals fighting the war, it's of the leaders in the government that made the final decision to conduct the action. The Vietnam conflict is widely seen as a military failure on the part of the US, yet saying so is not an attack on individuals that fought there, including John McCain.
ok so what about the 90% of butt fuck america that is in no way shape or form going to make that connection. They are like the family guy episode where lois wins because she says "911" over and over again. If you make it sound like the dems are terrible people and slandering the good ole boys in the war well they will take it to heart because they are pretty much all retarded. There should be some sort of entrance exam to be able to vote.
