TFC: Advice
I've been preaching the following figures for years now.
- Optimus Prime (00) sold for $188.50, disappointed, but box wasn't mint. was sealed though. oh well. if you ask me, it was the reissue of the reissues that screwed me
- Starscream (09) up now, we'll see how it does
- Soundwave (10) sold it for $90. TRU reissue screwed the value here too i think. again, much like all the other reissues of reissues coming out now that are going to continue screwing the value of these things, imo
- Minibots (12) keeping this one
- Insecticons (17) sold for $105
- Soundblaster (18) sold for $102 after negotiations (ebay search will say $115)
The 00 pricing seems to have no limits. It keeps reaching and passed the $350 mark not too long ago. TFC12 is so rare, I can't even find good comparison data on that.
I'd SELL TFC10 asap. The Encore line will offer something better than what was previously seen.
These have hit some strange internet cult status.
- Jazz sold for $65
- Blitzwing up now, we'll see how he does
TFC: Predictions
I expect these to hit that next level of pricing quickly.
- Perceptor (19) will list soon, i think
- Broadcast(21) not sure if i will list or keep
- Hound (14) keeping this one

- Prowl (02) keeping this one
- Smokescreen (05) keeping this one

i've been soured by the reissues of the reissues. i'm out of the game aside from the G1 stuff that i can't ignore, which was my original plan anyway. and i've stuck to it if you count the classics line as G1, and ignore the ravage/rumble alternators that i will sell off eventually.
but as for doing it as an investment from here on out? even though i will/have profited?... nah.

heads up guys ... Hasbro is doing some freaky shit with the Commemorative Series I reissues. Ultra Magnus just showed up at Wal-Mart.com and ToyNK has a full warehouse of them.
I'm off to ToyNK to verify later today.
I have 3 Primes. 1 of them is going asap.
I'm keeping 1 to make an entire 2nd set of reissues for eBay.
