It was very balanced, if that is what you are referring to. During the documentery, he was talking to a lot of admin people and military officers...so he was playing devil's advocate a lot. In that way, it may seem as if it was a bit slanted.
However, the live debate in the second half was just that...debate. There were staunch supporters on both sides that faced each other. It was extremely insightful.
