According to what I've read in more than one place, the new mold Primal and Beast Megs were always intended to be sold under the BW10 banner... the Force Chip functionality was built in as a fallback plan. In the event the BW10 line tanked, these guys could be migrated over to Cybertron with little to no hassle, and they would already have the gimmick of the current main line.
Not sure if plans have changed, but based on the number of shelfwarming BW10 figs, it wouldn't surprise me in the least to see them in Cybertron. And then there was that weird "Primal/Megs two-pack" code that showed up in TRU computers a few days ago.... hmmmm, the plot thickens.
