Tell that asshat that shipping terms were listed in the auction, and he should have reviewed/asked questions prior to bidding. Placinng a bid=binding contract, it even says so before confirming the bid. Drop negative feedback on his ass.

Edit: That's why when I ever get around to ebaying my stuff, shipping to continental US only. None of this international or Hawaii/Alaska crap.

 

My understanding is the he is doing all 6 of the G1 jets. Not sure if he's doing ghost/black starscream or sunstorm.

I don't want anything to do with this retard. I issued a refund and called it quits. I told him that the auction stated "USPS AIRMAIL" ... nowhere did it state "GLOBAL PRIORITY". If I were to force shipment, he'd say he never got it ... I'd have no proof it got delivered.

He'd have to toys and get a refund. I'm at a total "no win" situation.

I refunded the total, and ate the $2 in eBay fees.



Global Priority on this thing would have cost $34. FUCK THAT.

Some retard got tricky with my US Shipping only and ended up being in the Virgin Islands. It was partly my fault because I glanced quickly at his address after he paid, saw the normal 5 digit zip code, a "VI" and assumed Virginia for some odd reason. It was for a Civic front spoiler so I planned on using UPS or FedEx and at the mailing place they quoted $330 for UPS and $240 for FedEx. Me = :jawdrop: I took it to the post office, $9.50 for USPS. :chuckles:

I'd definitely be down for Ramjet & Thrust, and probably would cave on the others once I saw the packaging.

Shipping the AFA P-king completely sucked. It arrived in Austrailia sans the koala poop as I had hoped, but the acrylic was shattered by the Aussie Post. I finally ended up settling with the seller by giving him a $50 refund.

I am never selling outside the continental US again. It's just too f-ing troublesome.

What does this mean to us?
Derry owns the Prime and Cassette presses. He runs an operation with wangyonghai to produce replicas. Derry is trying to keep things to a limited feel, so he's counting everything that's being made. Right now, press runs are being made and sold behind his back.

If this doesn't stop, there will be 100 red foots. There will be 2,000 crystal tapes. There will be variations outside of his control.

Most importantly, these presses need to stay in shape for the ENTIRE Prime run (Chrome, Gold, etc) ... if the presses are blown out making high quantites of black prime, we all get screwed.

I feel bad for Derry because he's trying to protect his investment, although blackmarket. He's trying to produce dream figures Takara wouldn't touch. I do believe Derry is in this for 2 things:

1. make money
2. supply figures Takara wouldn't do. He wants to listen to the fans and give the fans what they want. The suggestions aren't falling onto deaf ears.
