Default Bush and His Recent Agenda With China

Okay, I'm not one to go off and rant about politics and make thousands of I hate Bush threads. But I think this is pretty freakin' stupid.

China is obviously a huge untapped market retailers and investors. Their product production is so diverse but they have no place to vend them with any sort of regulatory status.

So I understand why Bush would be over there trying to improve trade relations with them. However, this seems to be enlight of his recent warning to North Korea (once again), which makes me think he may act soon upon this.

He's losing a lot of support with the Iraqi war and IMO may concentrate some troops in the Asia region before long.

Discuss.

He won't act on North Korea as long as he has some faint idea that they have nuclear weapons. There is too much of a risk to South Korea and Japan, both of whom are our allies and since the Japanese are not on the UN Security Council and have been trying for awhile to get on it, this would not bode well with the fact that the US might endanger Japan without them having a say in it.

The US military is in absolutely no kind of shape to take on another country.

Consider this an unofficial statement by the way, but we (the military) are pretty well stretched as it is.

:werd:

China is the only country with leverage of NK because they are pretty much their life line. I bet Bush in China has something to do with NK but it is more for China to put pressure on them to abide by their international obligations.
