being an NSX owner myself, I know for sure this car you see is not a 97, reason I know is because I almost bought this car myself. It was in Texas at the time and then not to long ago relocated down to Florida. I decided to back out on the deal due to the fact that it had high mileage 100K +. Though the car is in great condition mechanically and physically. The car has an 02+ retrofit. If I remember correctly it was actually a 91-94 NSX at the most.

I'd also like to point out the car was sold as is the way it looks in the 1st picture.

 

Still great looking car, I don't care who owns in it.
