Yeah, I thought you said 220 hp, but ft/lbs...sorry. Is it seriously based off the J30? Why not just create a new generation of i-VTEC V6's so they can eventually go into the TL, MDX, Pilot, and Ody?

I understand they can add VTC yianni, but it would make more sense to design a brand new i-VTEC V6 (that is smoother and more refined with more low end oomph) in order to use the basic block in other designs.

it is still the j30...it has been redone (just like the 7g civic d series engines...i'm trying to find the article i read that said this...it does not say if i-vtec was added...those we'll find out later
